Weekly Running Routine

This is a typical week while the distance and workouts very. Dynamic Stretching, Running Drills and Strides are included in the majority of this as well on a daily basis.

Monday – Easy Run of 5-8 miles + 45 Min Mobility

Tuesday – WU of 2 Miles – Intervals – CD of 2 Miles (6-8 Miles Total)+ 45 min Strength Training

Wednesday – Rest

Thursday – Easy Run of 5-8 Miles + 45 Min Mobility Resistance Band Work

Friday – WU of 2 Miles – Intervals + CD (6-8 miles total) + 45 min Strength Training

Saturday – 6-8 Miles Easy + 45 Min Mobility

Sunday – Long Run (9-22 Miles) + 30 Min Core Work
