Weekly Running Routine

I will update my workouts soon. I’m so excited to share my progress with you all and get feedback while hopefully providing inspiration while I see improvement on my end! Right now I’m running between 30-40 miles a week on average. 

Monday – REST

Tuesday – 5 Miles Moderate Pace with 4-6 Strides

Wednesday – Track Workout (Usually ends up with 5-6 miles of running)
           *Example – Mile Warm-up – 6X800s with 200 recoveries – Mile Cool                     Down. 
           ** Speedwork and Interval Runs are my favorite

Thursday – 5 Miles Easy Pace

Friday – 4-7 Miles with Tempo  and 4-6 Strides

Saturday – Track Workout or Interval Runs with each mile getting faster so that my last mile is my fastest. (Usually ends up with 5-6 miles of running)

Sunday – Long Run (6-20 miles depending on what races are on my calendar)
