Weekly Running Routine

I will update my workouts soon. I’m so excited to share my progress with you all and get feedback while hopefully providing inspiration while I see improvement on my end! Right now I’m running between 40-50 miles a week on average.

Monday – Cross Training/Core

Tuesday – 5+ Miles Easy

Wednesday – Track Workout (Usually ends up with 5-9 miles of running)
         *Example – Two mile Warm-up – 6X800s with 200 recoveries – Mile Cool Down.
         ** Speed work at the track is my favorite, although it hurts!

Thursday – 7+ Miles Easy Pace with 6-10 thirty to sixty second strides at faster than 5k pace

Friday – REST

Saturday – 10+ Miles Moderate Pace

Sunday – 5+ Miles and then Hill Workout
